Let’s be honest here, we all want perfectly running cars.  Auto repair can be a hassle and an unexpected expense that no one wants to deal with; it’s a reality of life however and all of us will eventually find ourselves in an auto repair shop at one time or another.  The difference between feeling exceptionally frustrated, hassled, and taken advantage of and being pleasantly pleased, confident and taken care of boils down to one core component.  What is that component?  It’s finding a competent, honest mechanic.

We have all heard horror stories or even been in a situation where we take our vehicle in for either routine maintenance or some other needed service and drive away feeling as if we have been robbed and taken advantage of.  Let’s not forget those times where we have left only to discover that the problem was not taken care of properly or we are back in for the same issue a short time later due to either mechanic error or inferior parts.
