SHOP QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

1. Owner must have a minimum of ten (10) years experience in industry.

2. Honor at least a 12 month/12,000 mile Unconditional Warranty on all parts and labor performed.

3. Agree to resolve any consumer complaint within 120 days of filing. We urge you to work through the BBB or AAA to mediate and ajudicate complaints.

4. Must have ASE certified Technicians and/or at least 10 years aggregate shop experience with the specialty vehicle mark.

5. Agree to honor the NARPRO Quality Assurance Guarantee & Customer Care Pledge.

6. Must maintain at least $1,000,000.00 of combined shopkeeper insurance coverage.

7. Must maintain a “good” credit standing for their business (shop is allowed 180 days to improve score to good standard).

8. Limited to ownership of a maximum of four (4) shops at time of membership initiation (can maintain membership if additional shops are added only upon NARPRO approval).

9. Must maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or better (shop is allowed 60 days to improve score to above standard).

10. Must meet NARPRO standards for a clean shop, waiting area and bathrooms.

11. Prefer membership with the Better Business Bureau.

12. If vehicles are sold, gross sales cannot exceed 20% of total shop revenues.

13. Provide free rental or loaner car if vehicle is not ready on date promised.

14. Provides a detailed estimate and obtains customer’s authorization prior to any work being started and provide a written copy upon request.

15. Prefer providing complimentary shuttle service for customers.
