Did you get an estimate from a shop you're not sure you can trust?
NARPRO Will Pay up to $139 To Get You a Certified 2nd Opinion
First, make sure you get the other shop's estimate in writing, detailing the parts and labor to complete the job, then bring it to a Neighborhood Auto Repair Professionals recommended shop for a Certified 2nd Opinion – and the NARPRO Network pays for the evaluation.
1. We'll review your written estimate with you and determine their diagnosis 2. A certified technician will inspect your car (up to 30 minutes - a $50 value) 3. If needed, perform electronic diagnostic analysis and/or a test drive (up to a $89 value) 4. We'll issue a detailed written estimate and honor it for 30 days.
When you're done, you'll know for sure if you car needs the proposed repairs and whether the charges for those repairs are fair.
Remember: The independent, neighborhood shops recommended by NARPRO are all held to the highest standards, passed a 26 point inspection themselves and are constantly monitored for certifications, trustworthiness, and customer satisfaction.
Some restrictions may apply with a particular independent shop recommended by NARPRO, so always check to see if their policy varies at all from the above described services.
